Pay by cheque, made payable to Leukaemia Research and POST DATED to 12 October 2008 (this is because we will not be handing the money over to Leukaemia Research until after the event, and cheques go out of date if they are not cashed within 3 months of the written date on the cheque) If you wish to pay by cheque, please email us at simonsaralu@aol.com for address details. 3.
